Warranty Period

All Lumira products come with a 3-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you need to activate the warranty, please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@luvmira.com.

In special circumstances, such as crowdfunding campaigns or limited releases, warranty policies will be outlined on the campaign or product page.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Lumira products purchased from our official website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.


Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

If your Lumira item has a quality-related defect, it may be covered by a warranty for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

For eligible quality-related warranty claims, we may provide:

  • A replacement of equal value, or

  • If a replacement is not available (or not preferred), a refund based on the usage time of the product.

Quality-related claims for purchases made through authorized retailers or distributors should be handled directly through the seller where the purchase was made, though our Customer Support Team remains available to assist.

Important notes:

  • Warranty coverage is valid only within the country of purchase.

  • The warranty may be void if the product is taken outside the country where it was purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online retailer.

  • A replacement is eligible only if the original purchase is still within the warranty period.

  • The warranty is void once a refund has been issued.
