How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier performance.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available on most orders. In some cases (such as accessory-only purchases or special shipping options), shipping fees may apply and will be shown at checkout before you pay.

What countries does Lumira ship to?

Lumira currently ships to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Japan, India, Slovakia, and the UAE.
We plan to expand our shipping locations in the future.

I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive at the same time?

We aim to deliver everything together. However, if items are shipped from different locations or require different shipping methods, your order may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

Can I change the delivery address after my package has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder using the correct details (when eligible).

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us right away at contact@luvmira.com. We’ll investigate and update you on the next steps. Investigations typically take 1–3 business days, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I have an issue after my order has been delivered?

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include a clear description and any supporting proof (photos, order number, etc.):

  • Items arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item(s) or missing item(s)

  • Tracking shows delivered/signed, but you didn’t receive the package

We’ll review your case promptly and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
