At Lumira, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return unused and undamaged items purchased from our official website for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
This policy does not apply to bulk orders (more than 10 units of a product), which are non-refundable. Once we receive your return at the address provided by our Customer Support Team, we will begin processing your refund.
Return Requirements
